After a devastating shipwreck in the Ecuador campaign, the volunteers introduce and publicize an informational hotline to help women find the abortion pill and self-administer safe abortions.  The ship is not a sustainable solution to fight restrictive laws - it can only visit a harbor for weeks at a time.  The hotline remains in effect long after the ship leaves the port.
